Victoria Lagnehag

Victoria Lagnehag is a photographer. She grew up in Sweden but spent more than a decade in London before her journey took her back to Scandinavia and on to Europe. She is currently residing in Riga and works with an international clientele. 

Victoria discovered her love for photography at an early age. Her grandad gifted her with a film camera when she was very young, which sparked a genuine interest for photography and still to this day, she has a penchant for film and shoots film on personal projects.

Victoria loves to create photographs that are memorable and evoke emotions. She works a lot with storytelling, bringing moments, scents, tastes and colours to life through visual narratives. She loves to give her subjects a sense of context, create subtle nuances and different moods. She loves to work with natural light, textures and composition and has a solid understanding of working with light and capturing it intuitively. Over the years she has developed a signature look, characterised by bright and fresh photographs with a touch of Scandinavian mood.

Victoria also loves to spend time on artistic projects to pursue her own photographic aspirations. Videography is one of her most recent ventures but she is also passionate about education and mentors other photographers, teaching business skills and photography. Moreover, she is a content creator and strategist, helping businesses and entrepreneurs improve their social media and web presence with styled imagery and professional copy.
